Dr. med. Othar Tschaidse
Specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
- Study of medicine at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich
- Specialist training in internal medicine and cardiology at the Klinikum Innenstadt of LMU Munich
- Additional training in cardiology from 1990 to 1991 at the Harvard School of Medicine in Boston/USA at the Lown Cardiovascular Group and at Brigham & Women's Hospital as part of a fellowship
- Doctorate in antiarrhythmic therapy
- Established since October 1994
- Dr. Tschaidse appears on the list "DOCTORS AND MEDICAL SERVICES - MUNICH" of the U.S. Embassy and on the list "ENGLISH-SPEAKING DOCTORS IN MUNICH" of the British Embassy
Prof. Dr. med. Volker Klauss

- Habilitation on changes in the coronary arteries in patients who have undergone heart transplantation
- Additional qualification "Interventional Cardiology" of the German Cardiac Society
- Clinical research in the field of interventional cardiology
- Scientific research on the evaluation of changes in the coronary arteries with the aim of avoiding unnecessary stent implantations
- 20 years of clinical and lecturing activities at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, his last position was head of cardiology at the Policlinic - Klinikum Innenstadt

- Doctorate on intracoronary pressure measurement and scientific work in the field of cardiac imaging
- Several years as cardiologist at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, London, with focus on cardiac imaging and cardiological intensive care

- Professor Dr. Klauss is a member of the examination board for internal medicine and cardiology and chairman of the examination board of the Bavarian Chamber of Physicians.
- Member of the working group "Interventional Cardiology" of the German Cardiac Society (DGK)
- Since May 2016 member of the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of the LMU Munich
